On a not so light moment. Just wanted to let all of our customers, visitors, employees know that our founder Floyd Clark (Gene) and my father has passed away 8-26-18. Next month he would have been 74. He was a hell of a man who graduated high school, met his loving wife Sharon, was drafted into the military, stationed at the DMZ in Korea, came home, married, had two children, and for his entire life did what he knew, worked on tractor trailers for various companies, then 1994 decided to do it himself and opened Davidson Trailer Repair. Over the years he had met many people who he was friends with til his last days. Many customers along the way to this day still return to our shop, and I’d like to say thanks. In April of this year dad caught flesh eating bacteria on his backside, he went through 3 surgeries in 5 days, in and out of hospitals, health care facilities. Gone from his home for nearly 6 months trying to recover. He couldn’t fight it any longer and went into cardiac arrest this evening. Thanks to everyone for all of your condolences in this time of need.
